I have been reviewing the 14 CD set of Your Wish is your Command: How to have, be, or do anything and everything you desire by Kevin Trudeau (talked about in previous posts; “Want to make your wishes/dreams a reality?” , “If it is not working change it: We attract what we put out there!” , “Don’t Worry About The Timing!”and “We get what we think about most of the time?”).
I am more than half way through the Your Wish is Your Command CD set and as you can see from my previous posts highlighted above, I have been reflecting and learning a lot about how my thoughts can impact my life and my life experiences.
On the CD I listened to today, Kevin Trudeau talked about how to overcome negative thoughts because irregardless negative things WILL happen to us, it is how we perceive/handle them that matters.
Kevin stressed the need to ask yourself what you are thankful for, especially in the morning when you wake up and before you go to bed.
It can be ANYTHING; I am thankful for this bed I sleep in, I am thankful for breathing, I am thankful that I am alive. It does not necessarily have to be material or status things you are thankful for.
The idea is that every time a negative thought or situation is encountered we always remember what we are thankful for. If we go straight to what we are thankful for we return to happy thoughts. Your positive happy thoughts change your energy and thought frequencies evoking matching happy things to return back to you.
Kevin stresses that perceived “negative” things happen to us sometimes to bring in new positive things that we want. For example, we want a new car but we get in a car accident. The car accident can be perceived as a bad thing but in actuality the universe could be opening you up to an opportunity to get a new car. It is all in how you look at it!!
Kevin always stresses that we create our lives. This may be hard for some to hear but basically he is saying if you get divorced, your house burns down, anything, YOU created this. All events are consequences of our thoughts essentially. Conversely, you get a raise, you meet a new love, these are also consequences of our thoughts.
Start tonight by going to bed and saying, thinking what you are thankful for. What a good way to end your day don’t you think?
